The Daring Dozen

The Daring Dozen are the 12 migratory birds we focus on that winter on the East Kent coastline. Some of them fly up to 3000 miles to escape their harsh winters from the Arctic, Canada, Greenland, Russia and many other places. Whilst they are here it is important they are given ample space to rest and feed in order to regain their energy stores to make their long migrations back in the spring for the summer breeding season!
