Womens Wildlife Walk at Pegwell Bay
Meeting at Pegwell Bay Car Park* for a 1.5 mile walk around Kent’s largest nature reserve.
Join Ranger Jasmine from Bird Wise East Kent and Reserve Warden Nina from Kent Wildlife Trust for a LGBTQ+ friendly, womens only walk around Pegwell Bay.
If you want the chance to meet friendly, likeminded women whilst on a casual stroll around a beautiful nature reserve, then book yourself a space for our Women’s Wildlife Walk at Pegwell Bay.
This walk is open to all ages, all fitness levels, and all levels of wildlife expertise. It is a mostly flat circular walk, but unfortunately may not be accessible to people in wheelchairs. Terrain will vary throughout the walk, and so please wear appropriate footwear, and be prepared for adverse weather.
Jasmine and Nina will be on hand to talk about the history of Pegwell Bay and the wildlife that can be found there, but generally this walk will be based around open conversation. Binoculars and spotter sheets will be available to borrow throughout the walk if you wish (limited availability).
We look forward to meeting you!
Toilet facilities are available at the Reserve car park, refreshments will be available at the Salty Seal Cafe (weather dependent)
